Privacy Policy for Prism Cascade

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used and protected when you use the mobile game Prism Cascade.

2. Information We May Collect
Prism Cascade does not require you to create an account or provide your name, postal address, telephone number or other direct account information.
The game may nevertheless collect or process limited technical and usage information, including:
- device identifiers and other identifiers associated with a particular device, browser or app installation;
- advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID;
- app installation identifiers, including identifiers similar to a Firebase Installation ID;
- device and operating system information, such as device model, Android version, language, screen configuration and app version;
- gameplay and app interaction information, such as app launches, session duration, completed levels, feature usage and general in-game activity;
- diagnostic information, including crash reports, error logs, performance data and technical troubleshooting information;
- network-related technical information, such as IP address and the approximate region derived from it, where processed automatically by technical infrastructure.
Depending on the device and Android configuration, technical identifiers may include identifiers associated with the device, operating system, browser or app installation. The game does not intentionally use hardware identifiers such as IMEI or MAC address where access to them is restricted by the operating system.
3. Purposes of Processing
Technical and usage information may be processed in order to:
- understand how players use Prism Cascade;
- measure app usage and gameplay engagement;
- perform analytics and generate aggregated statistics;
- identify crashes, errors and performance problems;
- improve gameplay, interface design and app stability;
- maintain the security and technical integrity of the game;
- prevent abuse, fraud or unauthorized technical activity;
- provide technical support and respond to user inquiries;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Offline Functionality
Prism Cascade is designed to be playable without a continuous internet connection.
Certain analytics, diagnostic or technical information may be stored temporarily on the device and transmitted when an internet connection becomes available.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, information may be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in:
- operating and improving Prism Cascade;
- understanding app performance and usage;
- diagnosing technical problems;
- protecting the game and its users from abuse.
Where required by applicable law, consent may be requested before certain identifiers or analytics technologies are used.
Information may also be processed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
6. Analytics and Technical Service Providers
Prism Cascade may use analytics, diagnostics, crash-reporting, hosting or other technical service providers to support the operation and improvement of the game.
These providers may process limited technical information on our behalf, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, installation identifiers, app activity, crash logs, IP addresses and device information.
Service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their technical services and subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
7. Advertising ID
The Android Advertising ID may be processed as a technical identifier for analytics, measurement, diagnostics and understanding app usage.
You may be able to reset, delete or restrict the use of the Advertising ID through your Android device privacy settings, depending on the operating system version.
8. Advertising and In-App Purchases
Prism Cascade does not display third-party advertising and does not offer paid in-app purchases.
The possible processing of an Advertising ID described in this Privacy Policy is for analytics and technical measurement purposes, not for displaying personalized advertisements inside the game.
9. Local Game Data
Game progress, settings, achievements, scores, statistics and other gameplay information may be stored locally on your device.
Locally stored information may be deleted if you reset the game, clear the app data or uninstall Prism Cascade. We may not be able to restore locally deleted progress.
10. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Information may be shared only:
- with analytics, diagnostics, hosting and technical service providers where necessary to operate and improve the game;
- where required by law, court order or a competent public authority;
- where necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents or abuse;
- in connection with a lawful business transfer, reorganization or succession, subject to appropriate safeguards.
11. Data Retention
Technical, analytics and diagnostic information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the service provider involved, security requirements and applicable legal obligations.
Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies a particular user or device may be retained for statistical and development purposes.
12. International Data Transfers
Some technical service providers may process information on servers located outside Poland or the European Economic Area.
Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers, including contractual protections or other mechanisms recognized by applicable data protection law.
13. Children’s Privacy
Prism Cascade is not designed to knowingly collect direct personal information from children.

- request access to personal information associated with you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of information;

- object to certain processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request data portability where applicable;
- submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority.
Because Prism Cascade does not require an account, we may need additional information to verify and locate data associated with a particular device or installation. In some cases, identifying individual data may not be technically possible.

15. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse or loss.
However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. External Platforms
Prism Cascade may be distributed through third-party platforms such as Google Play. These platforms may independently process information relating to downloads, purchases, device configuration, security and account activity.
Such processing is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the relevant platform provider.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Prism Cascade, technical services, legal requirements or data-processing practices.
